Chairman of the California Scottish Rite Foundation for more than three decades, Clausen guided the Foundation through its formative growth, strengthening its commitment to children’s speech-language services and establishing the governance and donor culture that future leaders would build upon.

H. Douglas Lemons – Chairman (1987–2005)
Lemmons emphasized statewide unity and steady stewardship. Under his chairmanship, the Foundation expanded its footprint and refined its partnerships with local valleys and clinical providers, helping more families access high-quality therapy and support.

William Stovall - Chairman
(2007–2012)
Chairing during a period of economic headwinds, Stovall focused on financial discipline, donor engagement, and service continuity. His tenure helped stabilize operations and keep vital therapy services accessible to children across California.
